Clearance rates are softening. Opportunity or falling knife?

Weekend clearance rates have dropped a few weeks in a row. For those still buying, are you seeing better deals or just fewer buyers?

Fewer buyers at the auctions, but the good homes still sell. The average ones are where you can negotiate.

Passed in properties are where the deals are. Ask the agent on Monday.

In Perth it hasn't dropped at all. Very different markets right now.
